Ask what each charge covers
A review of online weight-management services on September 26, 2026 found services billing membership fees separately from medicine. Those were not BPC-157 prices.
- Is the assessment charged by visit or through a membership?
- Are tests, a product, shipping, and follow-up included or separate?
- What is the full total at the start, and what would I pay in later months?
- What repeats automatically?
- What is due if the person assessing me recommends a different plan?
- What cancellation rules and refund terms apply?
Ask your insurer about the actual service
Coverage means the plan agrees to pay toward a service or medicine. Ask the care service what information your insurer needs to assess the bill.
Then ask the insurer about the assessment, any tests, and any proposed product separately. Request the answer in writing.
Do not use a price as an approval test
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is the US agency that carries out medicine reviews. A licence or a low charge does not give BPC-157 FDA approval.
The September 28, 2026 approval record still showed no approved product.
Keep the evidence and approval questions on the list, whatever the quote says.
