Ask who is assessing you
Request the clinician’s name, role, and licence details before paying. Ask how to send questions and how replies will reach you.
Health guidance recorded on September 26, 2026 ties permission to practise to the patient’s location. The state’s own rules control the details.
A form can be a beginning
Medical-board guidance rules out treatment when the entire assessment is a fixed-answer online form with no opportunity for follow-up questions. Forms that omit information required for care are also rejected by that guidance. The guidance allows online exchanges with follow-up questions when they meet the standard for care.
That standard is the assessment and care the problem calls for. A form used to prepare for a visit is different from a form used as the whole assessment. Ask whether the clinician can ask more questions after reading your answers, and whether you can ask your own.
State rules differ, so a form is not automatically allowed or barred everywhere.
Ask when an in-person visit would be needed
Medical-board guidance says needed tests or examinations must be completed, arranged, or referred elsewhere.
- What can be assessed in this kind of visit?
- What would make an examination in person necessary?
- Who helps arrange that next step?
Keep product approval as a separate question
An online visit does not change the approval status of BPC-157. In the US, reviewing medicines is a job for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The September 28, 2026 record showed no FDA-approved medicine containing it.
